The original game did not contain terrain events for rivers. This was mostly due to time constraints, but also because rolling a river is so rare! So based on feedback I am adding in river events. I really hope you do not roll a 1...

I also adjusted the Basic Hex Flow diagram so it is more clear that you need to roll terrain first before the rest of the flow.
